Vishal is a graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. During his schooling and time in clinical practice, he gained experience working with a plethora of soft tissue injuries and orthopedic issues, and he is committed to expanding his knowledge. He has worked with a variety of people of all ages and walks of life and has developed a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Vishal will focus on your individual needs and educate you to his best ability, to allow you to get the most benefit from your treatments.
Vishal had a very active upbringing, participating in a multitude of sports at a competitive and recreational level. His experience with athletics and fascination with the human body pushed him into pursuing physiotherapy. However, that path was derailed after a series of car accidents. The accidents triggered musculoskeletal pain that brought on depression and anxiety, and he experienced the profound impact these health concerns had on his day-to-day life. By putting his knowledge of the human body into practice, Vishal was able to rehabilitate his way back into health. He now has even greater empathy for people dealing with physical and mental health challenges.
With over six years of experience as a strength and rehabilitation coach and over two years as a Registered Massage Therapist, Vishal is driven and motivated to aid you in achieving your goals. Whether it be rehabilitating from an injury, preparing for a sports event, or simply seeking relief from everyday pain and discomfort, Vishal is here to help.
In his spare time, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, producing music, or spending time with his family.
Vishal is fluent in Punjabi and English.
