Ariana graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy program in 2015, and has been practicing massage therapy since November 2015. For as long as she can remember, Ariana has had a desire to help other people. In her years of practice, she has developed special interest pre- and post-natal care, women’s health, paediatric care, TMJ massage and athletic injuries.
Ariana believes mental health through relaxation is imperative to one’s wellness and incorporates both relaxing Swedish massage into her therapeutic treatments plans. She continues to expand her knowledge in relation to women’s health, pain science and sports medicine by attending courses available and reading articles on these subjects.

Vishal had a very active upbringing, participating in a multitude of sports at a competitive and recreational level. His experience with athletics and fascination with the human body pushed him into pursuing physiotherapy. However, that path was derailed after a series of car accidents. The accidents triggered musculoskeletal pain that brought on depression and anxiety, and he experienced the profound impact these health concerns had on his day-to-day life. By putting his knowledge of the human body into practice, Vishal was able to rehabilitate his way back into health. He now has even greater empathy for people dealing with physical and mental health challenges.
